As the mother of a child with Celiac Disease, I am always looking for the perfect combination of great selection and prices, in shopping for her food.  As anyone who has shopped for gluten free food knows, this is a nearly impossible task.  Now, the search is over!!!  Smart Eats, located in the Mill Creek Town Center, has the widest selection I have seen, along with the best prices.

In addition to having the widest array of gluten free foods that I have seen, either in a store, or online, the store also has an amazing selection of low glycemic foods, ideal for diabetics.

In addition, the labeling system is genius!!  All yellow labels are gluten free (safe for Celiacs).   All blue labels are low glycemic, so safe for Diabetics.  The white labels are safe for both groups, or for someone who is both a Diabetic and a Celiac.
