		<description>It&#039;s something that I think more buyer&#039;s agents should have their clients ask the seller to pay for as part of a purchase agreement.  They&#039;re not hugely expensive but cover the buyer in case something goes wrong with a major appliance or system.</description>

		<description>I totally understand home owners insurance and title insurance and I wouldn&#039;t buy a house without it.  However, I&#039;ve never been offered a home warranty when I was shopping for a home.</description>
