Being A Seattle resident for over 40 Years, building homes in my youth, and with the intense growth in the Seattle and surrounding areas, inspired my entry into Real Estate 13 years ago. Starting with New Home Construction I cut my teeth with some smaller but now extremely large builders doing in access of 400 homes a year even in this economy. Through this relationship I was empowered to learn from some of the best agents in the industry as well as the with undeniable foresight of the owners, at Cam-West Development. Lead me to where I am today. Through my tenure as a lead agent handling multiple successful, multi home developments. A company saying was instilled in all. And that is that, “Yes we can” is the driving force of the day. Long before it ever became popular. This in turn lead me to harbor the saying that “NO” is not an option for my clients. If the answer is a NO that means that my team and I need to be more assertive in getting to “Yes”. With many hours of extra scholastic teachings, in outside real estate training I achieved multiple National Accreditations one of a, GRI (GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE) similar to a graduate degree for realtors, with classes heavy in Real Estate Law. CSP (CERTIFIED NEW CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE) giving me the knowledge to take my clients from dirt to move in. ABR (ACREDITED BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE), holding me to broader depth of knowledge and a higher standard of ethics in representing negotiating and purchasing homes for my clients. RELOCATION SPECIALIST, assisting my clients in all aspects of their move form interaction with their Relocation Companies to the move in. Weather it be around the corner or around the world. I at this time have and still do represent some of the areas largest employers. Lastly COMMERCIAL REALTOR mainly dealing in Smaller projects under 6 stories from dirt to finish. My Customer service commitment to my clients foremost is that the customer comes first coupled with an intense professional work ethic. Encompassing but not limited to a Good Attitude, Time Management and Organization Skills and Ethics. Also having a Professional Team of individuals at my disposal, from Inspection to Title to Close, and excellent follow up makes every transaction a Win-Win for all. With Literally hundreds of transactions under my belt from $50,000.00 to $14,000,000.00, a detailed knowledge of area markets and pricing, Ranging from Kent to Everett, from Puget Sound to the Mountain Passes.
